How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow one week for delivery. Orders process within 1-3 business days and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please email us if you need your gift by a specific date at hello@jadetaylormarket.com and we will take your timing into consideration.

How do handwritten notes work?

Please choose your card and write your message at checkout. Every message will be handwritten on your behalf and included in your gift. If you would prefer to not have a message written in your card, please indicate this at check out.

How will my gift ship?

Boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking numbers.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the United States. If you would like to ship outside of the United States please contact us for a personalized quote and we will work to make it happen.

What if I need to order large quantities?

For custom orders and large orders over 10 boxes of the same type please email us in advance.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax for gifts being shipped to Minnesota.

What is your return policy?

At this time all sales are final. If your box arrives damaged or product is missing please contact us within five business days.

What if I receive a broken or incomplete gift?

If an item is broken or product is missing please contact us within five business days.

What if my box is missing?

Please reach out to us if your box has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Do you offer customized gift boxes?

We would love to help you put together an amazing custom gift! Please email us with what you are looking for.

At this time we are currently working on providing a tool to create a customized gift box on our website - hang tight!
